In this chapter, we were able to see how Madame Baptistine viewed her surroundings including her brother. Seems like she appreciates her brother very much for the things he’s kindly done for others in the letter she wrote for him. Also that she is pretty much confident with her brothers actions and trusts him with everything he does. I can tell that the two have a great relationship with each other. Overall, I found it nice to see things switching up a bit in this chapter. This time, got a better understanding of Madame Baptistine and her character.
