Les Misérables #13

The bishop was nothing near to being a harmful person. He was gentle to everyone and everything that surrounded him. What really stood out to me the most this chapter was how he couldn’t even get himself to hurt a spider as he felt pity for it. As well as the small ant he avoid stepping on which resulted him spraining his ankle. The bishop truly is a “fine man.” He was completely harmless and would always put the lives of others first before his well-being.
